How your organisation can support us
We are keen to hear from organisations who would like to support women and minority gender people in sound. This can be through offering financial resources, traineeship opportunities or in-kind support including equipment, software, meeting/workshop/studio space and marketing materials.
YSWN can offer industry partners consultancy services and training on supporting gender diversity in the sound and music workforce. In addition, Volume Up: YSWN’s Audio Equity Standard enables sound and technology businesses of all sizes to demonstrate commitment towards a more inclusive industry.
To discuss these options and how your organisation could benefit from an association with YSWN, please contact Heidi Johnson, Development Manager at info@yorkshiresoundwomen.com.
