Our latest Annual Review covering the financial year 2022–23 has now been published and is available to download and read online.

In 2022–23 YSWN grew, reaching out and engaging with more women, girls and people of minority genders than ever before. We held our first events in places such as Wakefield and Rotherham – both as part of our ongoing WIRED project – and supported new YSWN-affiliated regional groups springing up across northern England as part of Permission to Play.

We also welcomed new Associates with a diverse range of talents and knowledge to our freelance Associate pool and built new partnerships, joining forces with other organisations to inspire more people to explore and develop their skills in audio.
