YSWN Annual Review 2023-24

Our Annual Review for 2023–24 covers YSWN’s sixth year as a Community Interest Company. The 12 months from April 2023 until March 2024 were packed with activities that both inspired us to develop our work and reminded us of why it’s needed.

As well as continuing our successful WIRED music technology clubs, we created our own series of online video tutorials to inspire the next generation of audio professionals. With the help of our community of learners and educators, we also researched barriers to learning and gender inclusion strategies to create our WIRED Toolkit. We further grew our artistic voice through a variety of concerts and musical events that gave opportunities to a range of innovative musicians. And we created valuable progression routes into the audio industry with new traineeships.
