The programme includes:
• Support from an artist mentor, AMP and YSWN
• A fee of £300 for time spent rehearsing and performing
• A 30-minute (approx.) set at Switched On Festival, Whitby Electronic Music Weekender, between Friday 8–Sunday 10 November
• Additional budget for rehearsal space, equipment/software and travel/accommodation
• Opportunity to take part in a hands-on workshop with experienced musicians on Saturday 9 November
• A festival ticket to Switched On.
This opportunity will support you to perform live to a real audience, improving your confidence, performing within a supportive safe space. You will also gain skills in how to prepare for a live show, including invoicing and how to market yourself.
